Adult Day Services - in Windsor and Windham Counties

The Council on Aging for Southeastern Vermont, Inc. works closely with area Adult Day Services (ADS). ADS provide supervised activities for the frail and/or cognitively impaired,
and respite for families and/or caregivers. All Windsor and Windham County ADS programs provide some medical or personal care components.

Payments sources include: private pay on a sliding fee scale and Medicaid for recipients who qualify for either the Vermont Home and Community Based Waiver program or Day Health and Rehabilitation.
