Vermont Department of Aging and Disabilities: Choices for Care Program:
The Choices for Care Program provides
services at home and in the community to individual's who would
otherwise need nursing home care. The Choices for Care Programs
do not, however, provide 24-hour care and supervision. For more

Vermont Department of Aging and Disabilities: Enhanced Residential
Care Program. The Enhanced Residential Care program provides
24-hour care to delay or prevent nursing home admission. Services
are provided by level III Residential Care Homes. Case Management
Services are provided by local Area Agencies on Aging, or visiting
Nurses Alliances. For more information, click
